Grand Com is a family-run flooring company based in Vancouver, Washington, working both sides of the river — licensed in Oregon (CCB #215744) since June 2017 and Washington (GRANDCL832MR) since that July, with $1,000,000 in liability coverage behind every job. We've been installing for custom-home builders, remodelers, and homeowners across both states ever since.
What builders call us for is the signature detail: one-piece stair treads built from your actual flooring — the nose reinforced, squared to a clean custom edge, and glued to the flat of the step so the whole tread goes down solid. Same thinking behind our flush vents, herringbone, brass inlays, beams and ceiling features. We film it as it happens: 210 posts on @grandcomflooring, real work with no staging.

Details built, not bought
Stair treads and flush vents built from your own material, not a factory strip in a "close enough" color. When it matches because it is the floor, the whole install reads custom.
Show up, finish, hand over
Custom builds run on tight sequences. We arrive when we're scheduled, keep the site clean, and hand the room back with nothing left on the punch list.
Straight answers
Honest scope, every time. If a custom detail isn't worth the money on your particular job, we'll tell you that instead of selling it to you.

Where we work
Based in Vancouver. Working both sides of the river, and out from there.
Home base is Vancouver, Washington, and most of our work lands in the Portland–Vancouver metro — the closer the job, the easier we are to schedule. For the right project we travel: north through Tacoma to Seattle and Bellevue, south to Salem, east up the Gorge to Hood River and on to Bend, and out to the coast — and everywhere in between.
