Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed since 2017 in both states: Oregon CCB #215744 and Washington GRANDCL832MR, with $1,000,000 in liability coverage.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Vancouver, WA, and most of our work is in the Portland–Vancouver metro. For the right project we travel — north through Tacoma to Seattle and Bellevue, south to Salem, east up the Gorge to Hood River and on to Bend, and out to the coast.
What do you install?
Solid and engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank — nail-down, glue-down or floating — plus herringbone and patterned lays, brass inlays, one-piece custom stair treads, flush floor vents, matched transitions, and custom beams and wood ceilings.
Do you supply the flooring too?
Yes. Through our supply arm we stock quality LVP and hardwood, plus the custom stair noses and flush vents to finish it — one quote can cover material and install together.
Do you work on both new custom homes and remodels?
Both. We install for custom home builders and work directly with homeowners on remodels — same crew, same detail work either way.
